Intuit’s® Professional Tax Group participated in a trade show hosted by the California Society of Enrolled Agents in Las Vegas, May 12-13.  One of the goals was to build a stronger connection between tax professional/customers and the teams who build our flagship products, Lacerte®, ProSeries® and Intuit Tax Online.

Laura Grether and Dustin Skoboloff, two of Intuit’s tax analysts, taught classes covering the following topics: TY15 Tax Law Changes, including the Affordable Care Act; Top Timesaving Tips for Lacerte and ProSeries; Preparing Multi-State Returns in Lacerte; and Preparing Returns with a Single Member Limited Liability Company in ProSeries.

Jason Tritle, Robbie Randall and Alyssa Yee of the sales group helped existing customers with Intuit’s Refund Transfer products and exposed prospective customers to Intuit’s software solutions.

Our customers were able to get valuable one-on-one time with tax developers and provide important feedback about the tax products.  Overall, the effort was well attended and very successful with customers and developers sharing important insights. The speakers received excellent survey results and voice of customer.

Similar efforts will be launched at the CSEA trade show in Reno, NV on May 28-29, and other trade shows in the future.

This Tax Content Connect Program is sponsored by Glenn Robertson, group manager, Strategy, Planning & Business Operations; and designed and driven by Stephanie Friswell, communications manager, and myself.
