Small Business Big Game is back, a contest where Intuit® recognizes some of the most innovative small businesses driving our economy and awards one small business a “commercial on the “Big Game” – the Super Bowl. This year’s entries were supersized, thanks to also adding the accountants who work with each entrant.
After weeks of activities, prizes, inspiring profiles and votes, Intuit announced the top three finalists, and their accountants, during QuickBooks® Connect in San Jose on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
Drum roll, please … the three winners are:
- Chubbies Shorts – Bill Bodeman
- Death Wish Coffee Company – John Halstead
- Vidler’s 5 & 10 – Nicholas Buccieri
The remaining seven runner-ups, and their accountants, each receive a ,000 check, as well as local advertising. These included the following:
AnaOno – Patty Kasse
EZPZ – Jeff Prager
FreshPaper – Evan Sober
G Mommas Cookies – Matt Oaks
Sword & Plough – Anthony C. Meis
Unshinkit – Michael Walsh
WiggleKids Inc. – Mark Tremblay
Look for an announcement in early 2016 on the grand prize winner and watch the commercial during the Big Game.
